วิธีสร้าง Sen Framework หรือกรอบการทำงานที่ผมคิดขึ้นเอง โดยมีขั้นตอนการสร้าง Framework หรือกรอบการทำงาน ดังนี้
1. ความเป็นมา เขียนความเป็นมาของงานว่าถูกสร้างขึ้นเพื่อเหตุผลใด ทำไมจึงต้องมี มีแล้วจะได้ประโยชน์อะไร
2. กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของงาน กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของงานให้ชัดเจน สามารถวัดได้โดยอาจใช้เรื่อง SMART Objective ช่วย
3. กำหนดขอบเขตงาน กำหนดงานของเราว่าจะทำในขอบเขตมากน้อยเพียงใด รวมและไม่รวมในส่วนใดบ้าง
4. กำหนดหน้าที่ของงาน กำหนดหน้าที่ของงานว่าต้องรับผิดชอบในส่วนงานใดบ้าง
5. กำหนด Life Cycle หรือขั้นตอนการทำงาน ของการทำงานนั้นๆ ในภาพกว้างหรือ High Level พร้อมทั้งอธิบายลักษณะงานหลักของแต่ละขั้นตอน เช่น การทำใบขับขี่รถยนตร์ จะได้ขั้นตอนในภาพกว้างคือ ยื่นเรื่องทำใบขับขี่ > สอบใบขับขี่ > ชำระเงิน > ทำบัตร
6. กำหนดขั้นตอนย่อยในแต่ละขั้นตอนที่กำหนดมาจากข้อ 5. อาจเขียนเป็น Block Diagram ธรรมดาก็ได้
7. สร้างระเบียบวิธีการทำงานในแต่ละขั้นตอนย่อย เช่น อธิบายขั้นตอน มีกฏเกณฑ์หรือระเบียบอย่างไร ต้องใช้เอกสารอะไรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8. สร้างเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องในแต่ละขั้นตอนย่อยเป็น Template ไว้ โดยแบ่งหมวดหมู่ตาม Life Cycle หรือขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
